Hi Cathe! Hope your holidays were safe, fun and relaxing. I had a quick question about lunges. When I do front lunges it causes pain in my knee so I've eliminated them from my leg routine. I can do stationary lunges and back lunges with no problems. I was wondering if there another exercise that worked the muscles in the same way front lunges do or am I just okay to do what I'm doing by leaving them out and substituting either back or stationary lunges.
