Hi Cathe,
I have been doing your workouts for almost six years (!) now and something I have struggled with all that time is lunges. I have wanted to post this question before but I just wasn't sure how to phrase it until a few nights ago when I was doing STS Legs, week 2 of mesocycle 1 and I realized how I could describe it. My quads are just incredibly stiff and uncomfortable when I try to do lunges and consequently I just fade out after a few sets. I can do all variations of squats, deadlifts you name it, until the cows come home but lunges I just can't master.
Any ideas what the problem may be? Form? Some sort of genetic weakness?
Thanks in advance for your help!
Krista
