I have a fast-paced job and work fairly long hours. I dont have much downtime for lunch. I do fairly well packing some raw veggies, or yogurt or string cheese and some almonds to snack on but by the end of most days I'm ravenous which for me translates into eating everything in sight and giving in to bad cravings, ie. eating a bag of chips for dinner!
I'm thinking if I add more protein during the day I wont be as ravenous later. Any ideas for some quick, eat on the go, protein sources??
