Lowmax on BOSU

I think somebody else on the forum might have already mentioned this, but the BOSU and Lowmax work very well together - talk about a balance challenge!

Anyway, just a quick post to mention this.:7

I just got a Bosu and did BM2 on it - holy smokes!!
My calves were killing me for days afterward!

You replace the step with the bosu? I never considered everything I can do on a step I can do on a Bosu. . . .

I like IMax 2 on the BOSU as well, and Cardio Fusion. LIC is also another good one. Haven't tried Low Max - thanks for the reminder - that would be fun.

I am just wondering if you use the BOSU dome side up or dome side down when you are using it instead of the step.

Dome side up. I think I'd kill myself if I tried it dome side down.

Thank you. I haven't tried my BOSU as a replacement step and I'm kinda glad that you said dome side up Think I might give Lowmax on the BOSU a try tomorrow.
