Hi
I have Nice firm outer thighs and the tops of my thighs are also nice and firm. But My inner thighs into my hamstrings and glutes is still pretty flabby (especially inner thighs) I have been trying to make my diet cleaner but it hasn't been working to well. I also haven't been able to do any leg workouts or anything like that because of my soccer shedule. Wich is where I am getting my exercise for the past couple weeks. Does anyone know what type of rotation I should follow to really firm up those areas.
