Suggestions for a good rotation with emphasis on the lower body? I would like to focus more on the glutes and thighs while still building muscle in my upper body. The Rock Bottom Rotations look great, but I don't have a lot of the cardio workouts and I'm not a stepper (2 left feet)! The other problem is, I only have 30-45 minutes every day to work out....so I really need to maximize my time (compound moves?). Not looking to lose weight overall, but would like to burn some fat in the upper thighs and glutes while building stronger legs. Any rec's?
