lower body rotations?

Suggestions for a good rotation with emphasis on the lower body? I would like to focus more on the glutes and thighs while still building muscle in my upper body. The Rock Bottom Rotations look great, but I don't have a lot of the cardio workouts and I'm not a stepper (2 left feet)! :p The other problem is, I only have 30-45 minutes every day to work out....so I really need to maximize my time (compound moves?). Not looking to lose weight overall, but would like to burn some fat in the upper thighs and glutes while building stronger legs. Any rec's?

I wish I knew how to post a link but I followed a rotation that is in amongst Cathe's but it's created by FitnessFreak366 back in 2010 called Leg blast STS/ GS rotation. I substituted a few of my own DVD's for the one's I didn't have but it was one of the best one month rotations I've done and I usually have a lot of trouble sticking to any rotation!
