I need to put together a lower body (only) rotation. I recently had surgery, and I can't do any upper body. I can do some cardio (but no high impact). So basically I'm looking for a lower body/low impact cardio rotation.
I have:
Hardcore Series
BodyMax 2, Low Impact Circuit, Butts & Guts, Drill Max
4 Day Split
Could someone put a rough rotation together with those for me?? I would be SO grateful!! Thanks!!
