Forever I have been dealing with trying to lose more lower body fat. I do Cathe everyday I do cardio 3 times a weeks and weight training 3 times a week. But I only do Cathe DVD's. For some reason I can't seem to lose lower body fat as easily as upper body fat, I am happy with my upper body just not my legs. I have never ran before and my thinking is that if I start running at the gym I could lose more leg/glute fat, would this maybe kick start my goal of getting rid of stubbern lower body fat? I guess my goal is to get a leaner lower body how can I do this? My DVD's are: "Supersets/Push Pull" "Kick, Punch, and Crunch/Legs and Glutes" "Gym Style Legs" "Drill Max" "Butts ans Guts" Please Help!
