Good morning everyone. Did everyone have a good weekend? I did although I ate a little too much, I think.


Saturday was KP&C and Cindy Crawford, The Next Challenge leg work.

Sunday was PUB plus PLB up only.

This morning was MIC and 20 minutes of L&G.
 
Good morning Candi, and others, I will continue my Freestyle rotation with the other few exercises Sherry gave me for the butt & hips, along with my AB work and cardio...... I am continueing with this for a little while longer before I change my exercises around, but will continue with some sort of the rotations from the book.....

Good morning,

We have a rainy day, so I slept in. Will do HIIT on the treadmill at lunchtime and abs when I get home.

The weekend went so fast, it hardly felt like I had one at all.

I'm really looking forward to receiving my book. Hopefully I'll get it sometime this week.

Rhonda, I noticed in another thread that you said you're following the Freestyle eating plan. Is that also in the book? Is it drastically different from the way you were eating?
 
Candi, it is in the book, and no its not much different than how I was eating before. You will see when you get to read it, very healthy.
I don't eat the exact meats and exact fruits and veggies, but I do eat the amount it calls for....... Rhonda:7

How’s everyone doing? I’m good. Even had a perfect weekend, I kind of relaxed a bit. Saturday & Sunday, I ran 5 miles both days wanted to do more, but time got away from me.

Sunday, started my 10th week on this rotation. Two more weeks to go. I order the P90x Series today. I hope I get them next week, just in time to start another 12 weeks with you ladies.

Tonight, Imax 2 & MIS lower body with light weights. Followed by a HOT bubble bath and a soothing Protein Drink Ah……Have a wonderful evening ladies.

I am taking this week off. I have so much to do, and I am feeling very overwhelmed. I am going to start the Power 90X when I get back from Chicago. It seems like with this rotation I am spending way too much time working out, and it is really getting to me. I like to work out 1 hour a day, and alot of days I am getting way over that. So, I wish you ladies much luck, and I will keep watching your check in. On to Power 90X for me.

Morning ;o)

Last night I was unable to do MIS after finishing Imax 2. I don’t think I was fueled enough or something felted a little weak, so I put MIS off until today. I stepped on the scale this morning and down another 2lbs. NO complaints from this gal.

Robyn, since starting this rotation, in the beginning I really didn’t get the results I was after. WHY! Because I have a eaten disorder <g> really. Not so much foods but SWEETS.

However, I have toned beautifully compared to when I started. I realized that I was making progress, but I couldn’t see my results because of the FAT covering my muscles.

I was using heavy weights when doing legs and they were only getting bigger. Now since starting WW and working legs more often with moderate to light weights the fat is shedding and my muscles are looking very nice

I’m going to do another 12 weeks with P90x series and some Cathe and that should put me just around were I want to be……in a swim suit and looking Fab ;o)

Teddygirl- I think when I start my P90X next week, I am going to add in a few extra leg workouts too sice alot of their workouts are shorter. I would appreciate some ideas, I am terrible on thinking those things up by myself.

I am not leaving until friday morning. I feel like a LUG not working out this week, but I also feel it is a smart thing for me to do. Way too much going on here, and I am doing plenty of running. Anyway, Teddygirl, thanks for the ideas you are thinking up, I will be looking for them. I appreciate it!!!!!!!!!
