LOWER BODY/FREESTYLE ROTATION May 18

This morning was KP&C, 40 minutes. I worked hamstrings for the next ten minutes: one legged deadlifts from L&G (2 times) and hamstring tucks. Then I did 75 walking lunges with 3 lb weights cause my legs were already feeling pretty fried.

Tomorrow will be PS chest, shoulders and triceps and L&G Standing

What's up with all of you today?
 
I am still on the Freestyle book rotations, will be continuing this from here on out...... I did my Ab work first, then my leg& glute work and now will be my cardio :9 ... I am maintaining my goal weight, and working on toning and definition....... will do upper body workout tonight, but that only takes about 15 or 20 minutes... maybe do somemore ab work and walking lunges too...... Last night I did Imax 2 & only 50 walking lunges. Tonight Abs, Floor Burn & Step Intervals

P90x I watched 4 tapes including Bring it on the intro. Alls, I can say is WOW I absolutely love these workout. Your talking about taking things to next level. These workout will do just that.

Tony is no Cathe. But, I felled in love with him <g> he’s definitely has his on style and I like/love it. Can’t wait to watch a few more tonight. The whole program & the nutriention books are very nice.

Hi Everyone,

Oh My-my eating is out of control. I think it started last Thursday when I had to work very late and we ordered pizza. Then there was the weekend binge and into last night when I ate 4 cups of tortilla soup. I feel awful-bloated-just yucky in general.

At least I did workout Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and this morning. But I don't think any amount of exercise will work off everything I put in my mouth. Friday was The Gauntlet and leg wts-managed to do my 100 walking lunges, what a frier those are, Sat-PP followed by CTX All Step, Sunday-Step,Jump&Pump (that's a fun one),Monday-BodyMax Cardio and Power Circuits only, Tuesday-PUB and will be heading for a run this afternoon.

I did pull out all my ww stuff and am keeping track of my points. I'm up about 10lbs from lifetime goal, so I need to take care of that asap.

I'm looking at following the weight loss rotation in the Freestyle Book. I just need to get the rotation in an excel wksht I can take to the gym with me.

Hi ladies -

This morning I did abs and KPC. Tomorrow will be abs, L&G and a lunchtime run. So far today the eating is under control - however, there is a Butterfinger in the vending machine that is calling my name. Oh nooooooo x(

Hi Ladies,

I have been soo busy with my new job and life in general. I have been getting in my workouts, just have not had time for the computer. This is what I did so far this week.
Sunday was an 8.5mile run in the morning and then me and my husband when bike riding in the evening.
Monday I did The Gauntlet and C&W abs. This was fun, I have not done this in awhile.
Today was a 5 mile run and SS lower body blast. I loved the lower body blast. IT is 33 minutes and I got a good lower body workout. The third set of one legged squats about killed me.

Tomorrow is a run and hopefully L&G.

Morning Ladies,

Beverly, 8.5 miles & Bike riding, very nice ;o) I’m sure you’re seeing some excellent results, huh! Keep up the good work.

When, I got home from work it was pretty late, had to run errands. So, I didn’t get my workout in. Just a hot bubble bath and rested while watching more P90x tapes. I watched the yoga x & Cardio x last night. So far, all the tapes that I’ve seen I love them.

Went to WW meeting last night and guess what, just like I thought, I didn’t lose a freakin lb, stayed the same. Back on track, my goal for this week is to lose 3lbs

Tonight, Step Intervals & Legs & Glutes. Have a wonderful day all.

Beverly - you are so consistent with your workouts! No wonder you look so good.

Teddy - Remember, it's not all about weight loss. You are also working real hard and doing GREAT!

This morning was PS upper body and L&G standing. I have to admit, I'm pretty sore today but it feels good!

Tomorrow is rest and half hour of abs:p

Hi girls -

Today was abs, IMAX2 (intervals 6-10) and L&G floorwork. Last night I tried those walking lunges you ladies have been talking about. I did 50 without any weight and felt pretty good. Good, that is, until I rolled out of bed to workout this morning
HOLY COW - was my caboose-a-hurtin'. Yowza. }(

Tomorrow will be abs, PUB, and a lunchtime run (that counts as legs, right?) - then maybe some of those walking lunges again when I get home.

Well my eating is back in check and I'm feeling better. This morning was kick, punch and crunch and plan to do lower body wts at the gym later today. Those walking lunges really work my rear-in a good way.

Hey everyone!

Gosh I've been gone so much! Sounds like everyone is doing well on the work outs...

Daughter's prom tonight :), gradution on 6/10, finalizing summer plans, work has been intense. I've been doing cathe somewhat, think I will get in some runs, I've also just be doing free weights this week (more maintainence).

Hopefully get in L&G tonight while she is a the prom!

Yesterday, I did 20 laps (5 miles) & floor burn. Not sure if I’m going to do thing tonight, but rest. I was up till 4:30. But, if I get some energy just maybe Abs & Cardio.

My pants are really getting loose. Almost there! Have a wonderful day.

I did L&G standing premix and abs this morning. I am up a pound x( , but have been eating like a cow, so it's no surprise.

Teddigirl - sounds like things are going great. I'm so happy for you.

Tomorrow is Boot Camp and maybe Cardio & Weights on Sunday because I've been such a slacker this week.

TeddyGirl- If your pants are already getting loose, and then you start P90X, WOW!!!!!!! You will really look great!!! I am pleasantly sore all over. i did Legs and Back yesterday and my buns are so sore. Today I will do L&G's, standing, and then Kenpo. I am doing the classic rotation because I want to build some more muscle.

I kept hearing all of you guys talking about your great results. It makes me mad I messed up that whole week!!!!!! Oh well, it is over and done, I can only move forward, and you guys are my inspiration!

Morning

Lori, another 12 weeks will put me just were I need to be. I’m starting Beach Body tonight, I too am doing the Classic. I went to Walmarts and brought the Door Gym $27.00 so I’ll be using a combination of Dumbbells and the Bands. Man oh man those push-ups, EEK! going to give my all. I can’t wait to do Plyometrics tomorrow.

Saturday & Sunday I just hopped on my treadie for an hour jog, and worked Abs, felted nice!! Tonight is BB Chest &Back & Ab Ripper. What are you guys up too ;o)
