Lower Body/Freestyle May 20

Hi Ladies,

Everyone seems to be doing great on their rotations and walking lunges. I have not tried those yet! I only got in a run last night, a 7 miler. Tonight is definetely L&G and some abs. My butt is much firmer and fits in my pants better!! :) I still need some reear view work though.

Good Morning. Yesterday I did just the ankle weight stuff from L&G's, plus the Arms and Shoulders workout from P90X. WOW!!!! I am sore today. That really was a killer workout. I also did Ab Ripper. Candi, I thought of you. Yesterday, it was a killer. It was just so hard!!!!!!! Today I am going to do TaeBo Ultimate Butt, and 1/2 of the Yoga workout. That Yoga workout is an hour and a 1/2, and it is long. The first half is more intense, so I will do that. I weighed and took my meausrements this morning. I have gained back 3 lbs. OUCH!!!! But, it could be worse. I am just trying to eat clean and workout.

Hi Beverly, I agree everyone seems to be rocking and rolling. Congrats, on fitting your clothes much better. You work so hard, keep up the good work ;o)

Lori, I absolutely loveeeeee these workout, I’m starting Sunday if not Saturday. You workout pretty hard to so don’t sweat the few lbs, you’ll get them off. One of the girls from BB forum told me you can get the bands and the door attachments at Walmart I’m going to check it out on me lunch today.

I had the bomb a$$ workout last night my energy was to the roof. I did Step Intervals & Legs & Glutes. I awoke this morning very sore, of course it’s a good sore ;o)

Tonight, Abs, Floor Burn & 16 laps (if weather permits today)

Hi everybody -

This morning was PUB - man my arms are dead. I ran out of time, but plan to do L&G tonight. I need to start running again because I think that was starting to make a difference, but I didn't go long enough. My upper body looks great, my lower body is really solid, but I need to burn off that layer of fat on top. Probably should step up the cardio. The book says 20 min of cardio a day - do you girls think that premixes of IMAX2, C&W, KPC are sufficient in fufilling that part of the rotation? Or should I just run?

Running is probably best, IMHO. I absolutely hate running so I would do the other stuff but I read here all the time how running help plateus. I think Rhonda did about 40 minutes of running in her rotation.:7

You know, I'm just thinking that I may have to re-think the running thing and try it myself and see if it doesn't help my fat layer too. x(

I was afraid that was going to be your answer. ;-)

Looks like I will have to go back to my 2-a-day workouts - arrrgh. I just don't have more than an hour at any given time to do all the parts of the Freestyle method, so I have to break it up.

Treadmill, here I come ....

Hi Everyone,

Sounds like we are all doing a great job here. This morning was Legs & Glutes plus 15 minutes of ab hits. Will head over to the gym at lunch for an hour of cardio. Love the way my muscles are developing, just need to burn the fat now.
