Lower Body/Freestyle Check in (Aug 2)

Hi Ladies,

I am going to try and focus on legs all month. I started out good yesterday with a 4.8 mile run and Leaner Legs. Today will be another run and PLB floor work..

What is everyone else up to?

Good morning!

This is a big leg month for me too. In fact, I planned out a whole rotation for the month. Re-started the BFL diet today. I am determined to shed at least 5 pounds.

This morning I did ME, and let me tell you, after laying off for 2 weeks - it was HARD! A couple of times I had to use lower weights than Cathe. I can't pick up my lunchtime running again until next week, because I have to work through my lunches in order to leave early to pick up my kids from summer camp.

I am so glad that this check-in has started again. It is a HUUUGE help to me. Plus, I really missed you guys. :)

Hope everybody's day is just fab.

Good morning everyone,

This morning was KP&C and 10 minutes of abs. I did LL yesterday and man my butt is talking to me today!

I am doing pretty fab for a Monday. Hope the rest of you are too!

P.S. Beverly, I just wanted to mention that I think your daughter is absolutely gorgeous. But you probably do too:)
 
I am going to do the L&G's , KPC premix. I have really laid off the legs, and I can tell BIG time. I missed this check-in too, and I need it!!!!!!!!!

Hi ladies,
Well I did abs this morning and 30 minutes on my exercise bike.
I think tonight I will do some weights upper and lower body....

Hi everyone,

Work has been extremely hectic the last couple months which is why I haven't checked in. I've been following the wt loss and definition rotation. Now that Cathe has put out the August rotation, I plan on doing that since it focuses on legs and glutes. This morning I did stepworks but will be starting the August rotation tomorrow morning as well as following the weight watchers program.

Hope you all don't mind me just butting here. I missed being able to chat with everyone. Still-with work I'll probably only post a couple times a week.

By the way Beverly, you are absolutely gorgeous. Your dedication definitely shows in your physique. Thanks for sharing your success and inspiring us all. Your daughter looks just like you. Did dh deploy to Iraq? I remember he was planning on it. Hope all is well with you and your family and thanks for sharing your family with us.

I love the idea of checking in and have not ever participated so I hope noone minds that I join in.

This morning I did Karen Voight Circuit Strength and tonight after work I did HSTA. I am determined to lose that last five pounds this month and tone up my abs - I am just starting to see a bit of definition (and I stress just starting). I just got the Intensity Series today so I think I will do BootCamp tomorrow for the first time:eek:

I do well with the exercise but I am really trying to clean up my diet this month. There was a snack-fest at work today (like most days)but I avoided it and stuck to my unsweetened applesauce :9


Beverly, you look GREAT so keep up the good work and thanks for serving our country(whether its you, your husband, or both - Thanks!) :)

Got2bfit, I meant to tell you that my hubby did deploy to Iraq in May. He is suppose to be home in Oct.
