Lower Body/Freestyle Aug 4

Hi Ladies,

It looks like a lot of us are going to try Cathe's August rotation. I am going to do it too. I made up my mind finally. I did a run last night. Tonight will be ME. I should be on the right day with the rotation now. I may do a little more running than in the rotation. I think this rotation will be great!

Good morning all -

I'm jumping on the August rotation bandwagon too. I'm a little out of order because I started the week with ME. Should be on track by tomorrow. Today I did L&G (standing premix) and 20 min of IMAX2.

Tomorrow is supposed to be PS legs and a 20 min run. I don't have PS can anybody tell me what are some good substitutes?

So far the eating is pretty clean.

Gee, maybe I should try the August rotation too.

This morning was Cardio Kicks. Tomorrow PS upper body and PS legs.

As I recall, PS Legs has the standard squats, lunges, deadlifts but also includes some floor work like hamstring lifts and inner outer thigh weight work. As far as the floor work, I think Legs & Glutes floor work should cover it. Hopefully some of the others can help you a little more. If it were me, I probably would do ME legs or Power Hour legs and then add L&G floor and ankle weight work, but not the standing leg work.
 
I really like the looks of this rotation, too. I did L&G's on Monday, so I am going to start out with ME today. I had a migraine yesterday, and did not work out, but I might squeeze in Imax on another day. We will see. This looks like one of the best rotations I have ever seen Cathe put out!!!!!!

Hi everyone,

Sorry, I haven’t been able to report in. I had to go out of town (emergency). I got back yesterday, early enough to get my workout in. I went for a walk 21 laps (5 miles) & Legs & Glutes, PS abs. Tonight, MIS entirely.

Cathe’s August rotation looks good. Well so much to catch up on at work, ttys.
