Hi Ladies,

How is everyone doing? Okay here. I am a little tired this week. Last night I did a 6 mile run, Monday night I did a KPC/L&G premix. I hope to do a short run and Leaner Legs tonight.

Candi, Do you really think it was the walking lunges that increased your legs. Maybe your muscles are just holding water.

Have a great day!!!

Morning,

Well this gal did it. Three days straight of getting me buns up at 5:30 to workout. I’m sick of getting off work and going home working out, don't seem to mind to much in the winter. To many other things to do in summer.

This morning I did Legs & Glutes, tonight MIS upper body. I'm going to continue with 2 workouts morning and evening for the remaining of this week, actually I’d love to do another week, then I should be able to get up like clock work. I’m cutting back to 1 workout per day ( I hope) <g>

At first I didn’t think I’d be able to get up to do weigh work. But, it felted really nice and I had more energy than I do in the evening, reminded me of the good old days. I’m happy!

Plyometrics, I ABSOULTELY love the workout, so challenging! Beach Body has another workout that I’m going to order its called Yoga Booty Ballet. Reading all the comments others had to say, I was impressed. Well ladies, back to work, check in soon.

Hi everybody!

Hats off to you Teddygirl - I get up at 5:30 to workout too, and it is killer! But they say that it really kickstarts your metabolism for the day. This morning I did KPC from start to finish for the first time in a long time - woof, I forgot how HARD that workout is. I was drenched by the time I finished. I tell you what though, I feel like someone has given me 10 shots of adrenaline. I am sitting at my desk just bursting with energy. This is the best I have felt in a long while.

I have cut my workouts down to one a day (an hour or under), with the exception of an additional 20 min treadmill run 2 times a week, and have amped up the cardio along with the legs. The 2 pounds I put on have disappeared and I feel myself leaning out. You girls have been a big help in keeping me going.

Thanks, and hope everyone's day is just fabulous!

Good morning everyone!

I too have been a bit eshausted lately so I took Sunday off, but I was right back into it the next day.

Monday - a.m. Body Pump, p.m. 45min Spinning class
Tuesday - a.m. 8min Tae Bo II + Winsor Pilates Bun & Thigh Workout + Walk Away the Pounds 1 Mile Super Challenge
This Morning (Wed.) - Power Hour

I plan to do one hour cardio at the gym after work. My lower half is definitely slimming down. Now it's the middle I'm worried about (especially the lower abs). Any suggestions? :(

Happy Slimming!

Sanchia, I would do all the lower ab exercises you can think of, totally exhaust them, if you can do that twice a day every day.... I am starting 1000 crunches a day, thats not counting lower ab exercises... hope this helps ... Rhonda

Hi Guys.....I am on my recovery Week, and today I did Tear It Up. It is a fun workout. Tomorrow will be TaeBo Lower Body Workout, and maybe a little extra cardio since that is only 45 minutes long. I am cuttibng my workouts down to 1 hour a day also. When I mix Cardio and Leg days, I will only do a 1/2 of the cardio tape. My business is really busy right now, and I get TOO burned out workoing out 1 1/2 hours a day. It starts to feel more like a chore instead of enjoying it. Talk to you all tomorrow.

Beverly,

Don't know if it was the walking lunges but suspect them as this occured a couple of weeks after I started them. I could be holding water as I am prone to do this. Probably should drink more...water that is:)

Did Boot Camp today just cause I felt like it. I really enjoy this workout and miss it. I'm supposed to receive Cathe's new advanced DVD today. As I've read comments that it's sort of like Boot Camp I'm really excited!

Miss being here and communicating with you guys as much but work keeps getting in the way (well, I guess that's what I get paid for.)

Everyone sounds very positive:7
