Hi everybody,

Thought I'd jumpstart this today. I did Bootcamp this morning and, as always, I feel thoroughly worked-out. Been pretty good with my diet this week, days are very clean, but when it comes to dinner I've been blowing it. 2 nights ago I had pepperoni pizza with bacon, and last night my kids and I went to Outback steakhouse - love those bloomin' onions. Am going to try and buckle down the rest of the week and maybe shorten my free day a bit. Don't want to regain what I've lost.x(

Hello everyone. Today I did Tae Bo's Ultimate Lower Body, and Cathe's ball work from PLB. I am feeling extra large today for some reason. I did not eat well at all last weekend because it was my birthday, and today I am feeling it. But, I am trying to eat well this week, and so far, i am doing good, I think. My legs are sore today!!!!!
