How’s everyone doing this fine sunny Thursday? I’m good, had a great workout last night and good sleep for a change.

Last night, I did Plyometrics afterwards I did PS only the standing leg routine, nice work. I absolutely love Plyometrics I was wiped out after I finished the workout.

Lori, I watched again Yoga x and boy is that a great workout. I never did yoga before and the move are very hard, at least for me. How did you do with this workout. I’m sure I’ll have to build up to it. I can really see a workout like that leaning me out, big time. Your working every muscle in your body.

Tonight, 21 laps at the track, and Yoga x. What are you guys up to?

Good Morning!

I hope you don't mind my joining your Freestyle Training thread. I started this morning. I am sick to death of these thick thighs and sagging butt! I finally decided to jump on this bandwagon.

I workout pretty regulary (5-6x per week) and alternate between Cathe and my many others. But Cathe is often my mainstay. As of this week I've been feel extremely tired and decided to give myself a break and try out some of my "oldies". So this morning I did "Thin Thighs" (Beachbody) twice (once is a bit too easy but twice - boy, I am feeling it now!) and then Walk Away The Pound Express - 3 Miles.

Looking forward to thinner thighs and a great butt! :)

Hi Ladies,

Welcome Sanchia!

I am still hanging in there and still seeing results in those thighs and hips. I got in L&G and Leaner legs this week so far for legs. I have done a few runs and also PUB. I will be getting my new Cathe workouts today.. I plan on trying the advanced high step workout and maybe SS lower body blast.

I am considering buying those P90X tapes you guys keep talking about. It sounds like they are great!!

Glad you joined us ;o) I know what you mean, I have thick thighs to and a sagging a$$. Working very hard to lift that thing up <g> Do you have the Lower Body Solution Book? From what I hear it’s a excellent book. Well, got to get back to work. Nice having you aboard ;o)

Hi Beverly, I been thinking about you. How’s everything? What is Advanced High Step workout? And by all means get P90x you are going to love it. It is a very nice compliment to Cathe's workout.

Hi everybody (and welcome Sanchia)-

I covered all my bases this morning and did Boot Camp. I feel great. The water weight that I have been carrying from the steriods (for poison ivy) has dropped some, so I am back down 2 pounds from earlier this week.

Tomorrow will be abs and KPC - I have been putting it off, but I have found the extra cardio is making a difference. My legs are solid underneath, just need to shed the "cheese" on top. Will aslo probably run on the treadmill at lunchtime.

I have been eating the cleanest yet - sticking pretty closely to the BFL plan and I feel better. Giving up the coffee has helped too.

The weather here in Maryland is beautiful and the weekend looks great too - mid 70s - low 80s, no humidity and sunshine. The cicadas are starting to go away and I'm going shopping at lunchtime :7

Life is pretty good.

Hi Teddygirl,

Things are going pretty good. My dad is having surgery on the 18th of June to remove the cancer tumor from his tongue and throat. My husband is doing pretty good in Iraq. It sounds scary to me. He has not even been there two weeks and they have had several bombings and shootings by the base he is at...

The new High Step Training workout that Cathe has. I get mine today. It looks like fun. I am really wanting those P90X workouts. I think I will order them the end of the month.

Hi girls,

Been swamped at workx(

This morning was 20 minutes of CTX abs.

Off to Daytona Beach for the weekend:7 . We're spending tomorrow evening and back on Saturday. It's good to get away every once in a while.

Hi Everyone,

Hope you all had a great holiday weekend. I have been doing cardio every morning and following the weightloss routine from the freestyle book. Just doing legs all the time I felt my upper body was being neglected too much. This routine seems to hit all the body parts and I try to get in 6 freestyle training days per week. Surprisingly, I've been nicely sore afterwards so it must be working. P90X sounds like some awesome workouts-just not in my budget right now.

I'm joining in here too....if you don't mind, of course!

Last night I did the beginner workout(week 1) from Snyder's freestyle book. And this morning, I jogged for 20 minutes. Not too bad....but then I had El Chico's for lunch :9 I guess tonight I will try to make up for it by having a Myoplex Lite shake....well, maybe I should make up for it the rest of the week...............

A little info on me:

5'3
123 lbs......however, it needs to be lower according to this spare tire around my tummy

Is there anyone else who is doing Freestyle that is more apple-shaped instead of pear?
