Hi Ladies,

How is everyone doing?

Lori, Good job on the 3/4 inch on the thighs and hips. I measured to, it was about 1/4 inch in each thigh, my hips are the same. My tush feels tighter though... :eek:
Try out the upper body timesaver and let us know what you think. I have not done it enough to know if it would be a good replacement.

Teddygirl, your week looks great! S&H takes a lot of patience and concentration for me.

I have decided to do PS for upper body this week. I did a 5 mile run this morning and then PS BBA. Friday I did the Timesaver 5. That is a fun leg workout and you get the SJP abs..

It will be L&G tomorrow after work.

Today was KPC. LOVE that tape. TOmorrow L&G. Will be a crazy evening so may try for the am.

Congratulations Lori! I am so inspired.

This morning I did PUB and plan on a lunchtime run on the treadmill.
Tomorrow is KPC to get both the cardio and the legs.

Congrats Beverly and Lori that’s what you girls worked so hard for. What a weekend I had, I blew it, big time. It all started Friday after work and ended Sunday night, I ate and I ate you’d of think I was eating for two or something. I’m not going to beat myself up just hop back on the boat.

Slow and Heavy, hm………..I’m not sure about doing this rotation, my arms feels like noodles. Yesterday, I did a 4 mile run & Triceps & Biceps, all I could say was WOW. I don’t think I’m going to put S&H legs into this rotation. I’m going back to Legs & Glutes or PLB. However I’m going to continue with S&H upper maybe a few weeks and add an endurance workout with it, to change things up a bit.

Today, will be Imax 2 & abs only because I didn’t get my BIG but up to do my 4 mile run, than later, S&H Chest and Back. I guess I'll be doing that tomorrow, ttys.

Today i did PP, 2 sets, PLB Ball Work, and Bc core work. I wanted to do more, but I just did not have time. Tomorrow is Imax Extreme. Talk to you all soon.

Hi Ladies,

It was CTX All step cardio and L&G for me last night. I did the Standing Legs Extreme. I only did one set of the standing leg ankle weights though. It made it about 60 minutes long. It felt great.

How about everyone else???

Today is Imax for me. I am feeling PMS'y low. Man, that just sounds like too much work!!! I will try to talk myself into it. I have to do it. Wish me luck...Lori
 
I wimped out this morning. I was going to do KPC, but instead did the step pre-mix for Cardio and Weights and the abs section. I slept in a bit and then only had about 45 minutes to workout.

And I wonder why I'm not losing weight! aarrrgh - }(

Hi everyone,

I did Powerstrike 1 this morning (about 45 minutes). My upper body was sore from yesterday PUB and my lower body, especially hamstrings was sore from Sunday's L&G. Kickboxing loosened me right up!

This time change always kills me. I had to drag my butt out of bed this morning.
 
Hi Ladies,

Glad to see everyone had a great workout ;o) When the alarm clock went off tis morning, I just looked at it <g> turned it off and rolled over for one more hour of sleep. Bad I know........

Tonight, is S&H Chest & Back and cardio not sure which tape, but something short and sweet. I tell ya, my triceps are so sore from this series. Can’t wait to work them again. Have a bless day all.
