Lori, Good job on the 3/4 inch on the thighs and hips. I measured to, it was about 1/4 inch in each thigh, my hips are the same. My tush feels tighter though...
Try out the upper body timesaver and let us know what you think. I have not done it enough to know if it would be a good replacement.
Teddygirl, your week looks great! S&H takes a lot of patience and concentration for me.
I have decided to do PS for upper body this week. I did a 5 mile run this morning and then PS BBA. Friday I did the Timesaver 5. That is a fun leg workout and you get the SJP abs..
It will be L&G tomorrow after work.
