Hi Ladies,

How is everyone today? I am doing great! I did a 3 mile run last night and ME. Felt great. Tonight is PS Legs and a run. I am enjoying the Aug rotation.

Hi Everyone!!!!! I am the same as you, I am going to do PS Legs today, and probably a fast walk on my treadmill. I am not much ogf a runner, but I will sub the best I can. I walk w/ my SIL, and on the cardio days, I will do the walking instead, if it is not raining. I still should prosper nicely from this rotation. Walking really works my butt and legs. Good morning,

I did MIS legs and abs this morning and ran for 10 minutes (ran out of time). Looking forward to picking up an extra workout time at lunch next week. Tomorrow is Cardio & Weights. Still trying to eat clean, but it is HARD. So far, so good though.

This is my very first Cathe rotation that I'm following and am very excited about it. I've been using Cathe since May and I love her workouts!

I started following the rotation yesterday, since I was away on vacation and just getting back into the swing of things.

Did ME yesterday, am feeling it in my legs and upper body. This morning was PS Strong Legs & Abs and then I jogged in place for about 20 minutes.
 
Hi Everyone,

Since I didn't get to do ME yesterday, I did it this morning. I'm a little off schedule but that's okay. I did get some cardio at lunch though, 20 min elliptical, 20 min stepper and 20 min bike. Hope to get some cardio in at lunch time today also.

Back on WW program and counting points, so far so good.

This morning was PS BST and PS Legs (floor work only). So much to do and so little time.......

It's so fun talking to you guys again.
 
Hello,

How’s everyone doing this lovely sunny day? Well last night didn’t go as plan. My guy called and asked me to have dinner with him and of course I said yep! So I only had enough time to go for a quite walk, I did 16 laps (4 miles). Well, it was a good thing I did something, because I ate and drank all night.

Tonight, Cardio Kicks or Imax and MIS lower body. Have a great day!
