Lower Back Pain

First and foremost I just got the new DVD's and loved the Boot Camp. My question. This summer I hurt my lower back and it has become extremely weak. I am assuming the core exercises are what I should concentrate on to correct the problem. Are there certain core exercises which are best to strengthen the lower back. There are days when doing lower ab crunches don't bother my back but there are other days when it hurts too much. Any suggestions would be welcome
 
Hi Bbunt! Try to include Superman exercises in you lower back work. That is when you lie face down on the floor and lift the opposite arm and leg simulataneously, or you can even lift both arms and legs at the same time (lift and hold 2 seconds and lower and repeat). Also do more back stretching too. Good Luck!
