LOWER BACK FAT

What worked for me was clean eating. I replaced any/all snack with raw vegetables. After a solid week of this and I craved the veggies instead of other stuff. I was surprised since it usually takes me 3 weeks to make a change.
 
I too have the "love handles" as they are so affectionately referred to (if that is in fact what you're talking about). I haven't found the solution either. I have lost quite a bit of weight in the last year or two and the fat just seems to come off DEAD LAST in my tummy and those handles. I have come to grips with them though (literally, ha ha) and they don't bother me so much anymore. They have shrunk in size little by little, so I'm being patient.
 
Please understand that WHERE fat is stored on the body is entirely genetically determined, and cannot be selectively reduced.

Continue with a sound exercise program that has both challenging cardio and challenging total-body strength training, coupled with a sound nutrition program, to lose overall body fat.

I did weightwatchers and was amused at where the weight came off each week. First face, then arms, then face again, then tum, then one week, couldn't figure out...then put my hand on my lower back...presto!
