LOWER ABDOMINALS

CATHE, I carry all extra weight around my lower abdominal area, I know you can 't spot reduce but I do cardio about 5-6 times a week and also lift weights and can't seem to lose the last of my weight. I am 5 feet and weigh 120 pounds. Do you have any suggestions that might help me? I also am having trouble firming my triceps and have a little bra overhang. I have almost all of your videos if there is any that you would reccomend using to focus on these areas. I am also very excited about you having a new line of active wear out and can't wait till I can purchase it. Well I hope you can help.
