Low Weight - High repetition Workout AND Yoga/Pilates Please and Spinning

Hi Cathe,

Since I have an hourglass/pear shape, I would love if you could do a 60 minute high repetition/low weight workout. I love the Slim Series but I would really want something similar but different from you incorporating the stability ball.

It would be great to have some yoga stretching and pilates inspired ab workout as well.

I will say now that I love everything you do anyway and will preorder but please do a lowt/hirep!!!

And how about a killer spinning workout?

I second (or third or fourth by now!) the high-rep/light weight idea AND the Spinning workout! I'm getting a spinning bike for my birthday, and would love a Cathe workout to use on it!
