Low Max

Has anyone tried Low Max yet? I want to get it but I want to know if it is easy on the knees, not so high impact like Imax 2 I love Imax 2 but can never do that one again unless I find a way to tone down the high impact intervals.

It IS knee-friendly. I still do it on a 4" step and definitely feel it afterwards. I like to pair the blast premix with either floor work or with 30 mins. of kickboxing.

Thank you Pinky :)) I will definatly ask my hubby for it for my Birthday, I just watched Cathe's stretch max on Fit tv and love it so I want that also. how is the core max also? I am so wanting that.

Low Max is FANTASTIC and definitely not hard on the knees. It's all low impact.

I don't have Stretchmax, but Coremax is also definitely worth getting. It really works your core hard and I can see results from it already!

I love LowMax....I do the Mix & Match feature alot and try different combinations of Intervals at a time. Pinky is right, very knee friendly. As far as Coremax, it is one of my favorites. I do a segment at least 3 times a week...:)...carole

I love Low Max. It's great for days that I'm feeling not quite up to the IMAXs, and even if I want something a little more intense I can modify on my own.

Not to mention the choreography & blasts are lots of fun!

I love Low Max. When I did it for the third time last week, it suddenly dawned on me that she didn't just call it "Low" Max because all the moves are low-impact, but because all of the blasts are low moves. To really get the most out of the blasts you have to bend deep and stay low.

It's a fabulous, fun, knee-friendly workout.

I do Low Max on an 8'' step and all of her other cardio workouts on a 6'' step.

It's my new favorite workout. :) It's great!

I just did Low Max this morning and I just LOVE this workout....so fun. Stretch Max and Core Max are also must-haves.
