I just did it again after not using it for a while. I hadn't done it all the way through before until last night; I had just done the first or second half separately. I LOVED IT, but, it is tough (I consider myself more of a high-intermediated than advanced). Have to admit, I was not giving that last set of blasts my all!!!
I'm actually doing my first rotation and Low Max was in the line-up! So glad I was reminded to do this great workout again!
