I just wanted to tell you I just love Low Max and the Core from Muscle Max. I hope you are planning a Low Max Two!!!!! I actually look forward to these workouts. (None of the dread factor at all).
I will agree. This is my favorite.
I really have a hard time with the high impact.
After learning the steps, this one is a keeper.
Still having trouble with the 3rd segment of coremax,but i will keep trying.
Just want to throw my vote in for a Low Max 2. Would also like to see Low Impact version of say Step Blast. Meaning more step oriented instead of intervals. I can't thank you enough for adding some low impact workouts to your cardio routines.
