Thanks everyone for the great suggestions. I am determined not to give up! I am just one of those Type A personalities that just HAS TO LEARN IT PERFECTLY so on those particular moves I was losing the whole heart rate/cardio benefit because I was stopping and going so slow to learn the steps. Honestly I think the best thing for me is on my days off with new step videos to take an hour and go through it, without attempting to have an actual session. This way I can learn, HOPEFULLY the tricky moves!!
I've heard too many great things about Low Max to give up. LOL this is one of the reasons I work out at home; I am one of those that for some reason cannot coordinate with a class- for the same reason I don't do the whole line dancing thing!!!
