I had Low Max on schedule for this morning & I was feeling a little tired so I figured I'd just do it on a 6" step instead of 8" (LM is pretty much the ONLY step workout I do on an 8" step these days).
Well, I was pleasantly suprised to discover I burned only 5 less cals and enjoyed the workout SO much more! I don't think I'll ever do Low Max on an 8" step again. In fact, I don't know if I'll ever use an 8" step for anything ever again.
