Probably the most requested video over the years that we have not made is a low impact advanced step workout. Now, with Cathe's new Low Max DVD, we will soon have a workout for people looking for an advanced low impact Cathe tape. Though it is impossible to make a low impact tape as intense as a high impact tape, we think you we really enjoy this fun new challenging step workout.

My ds9 is going to flip when he sees the picture of all these gorgeous women smiling such beautiful smiles. He's in love with both Jai and Lorraine and doesn't understand why he can't marry them both. :* Heck, they look so good, *I* want to marry them!

I just cannot wait for these workouts, and I'm sooooo particularly interested in this one--a real heart-pumper with hopefully less crackling from my knees!

Wow! This looks like a fun workout! This was one of the ones I was looking most forward to. I can hardly wait for these new DVD's--when they arrive, I think I will want to send my family away for at least a few hours so I can spend ininterruped time previewing these workouts.

Maybe because I'm fairly new to Cathe (March of last year) and got some of her old videos first, I must say something. She looks absolutely BEAUTIFUL in these pictures! Face, hair, skin, muscles, the whole package! Every one that comes out, I think this more and more. She looks fantastic (Cathe I mean, although everyone else looks great too). Take out some of your older Cathes and compare. What a role model!

I get more and more excited to receive these workouts with each new update! Everyone looks fantastic and I love all of the outfits. I would love to order every one of them, but I don't think it would go over well with my DH. I agree that this will be one awesome series!
