Low Max - Blast Only Premix

I hadn't pulled this DVD out in a long time and forgot how much fun it is and how much it burns. I did the warm up (7.5 minutes) and the Blast only premix (23 minutes) for a perfect leg burning 30 minute cardio session! I have been focusing on mostly weights, low reps heavy poundage, and I can't believe how much less endurance I have now. I had to take a minute break in between each blast and my legs were on fire!!!

I am posting this just in case anyone has also forgotten about this great workout DVD. I will be pulling it out much more often!

Hi Monica,

What a coincidence...I just did this routine on Thursday! I did a little more though and it was a great workout. I did the warm-up and routines 4-7 then tacked on the 7 blasts at the end. Like you, I thought it was a great workout and that blast section will definitely be put in my future workouts more, too! It was the first time I ever did it.

thanks for the reminder. I've been looking for shorter, more intense workouts. i wouldn't have thought of this.
