Low Max blast #3??

Hi Cathe,

I just have to ask this as I have been wanting to for awhile. When blast 3 is completed you mention that some blasts are easier than others take them when they come.

Do you mean that blast is an easier one - or less complex coreography?

That blast kills me every time!!

I cannot for the life of me (it's been driving me nuts all day) remember what Blast #3 is! Can you describe it a little for me?

Blast #3 is dynamic outer thighs, sculpt 15, dynamic outer thigs, sculpt 15.

Cooler than ever song.

And a long blast too!

I LOVE that you asked that question!!!! I think about it every time i finish that blast. Was that blast considered a "gift" or does Cathe think it's tough too?
 
I did Low Max this week and I was thinking the exact same thing!!!!! I didn't know whether to feel proud for getting through a really hard one, or ashamed because an easy one was so difficult for me! Oh, well, it's a great workout, and I always feel like I've really accomplished something when I do it all the way through!:p

The "slam its" really get you, huh (LOL)! I really like blast 5 (maybe 6) with the high kicks. I love the music and motivation.
