I've had this DVD for awhile, but never really done it. I got several at the same time and the choreography challenged me on this one. I just couldn't get the step sweeps for some reason. Got them good today. Something clicked. I did the first 4 intervals today and that was enough. I take my hat off to those of you who can do the whole thing. I'm going to add one interrval at a time till I can get through this one. I think it's harder than high impact workouts. I think taking out the jumps takes away momentum and makes it harder. I think this is my new favorite Cathe workout!
 
Next time you should try A-Jock's version, holding an 8 lb medicine ball during all the blasts. Or Pinky's version with the extra leg work in between each section.;)
 
Oh yah, that's not going to happen. I'm going to have a happy dance when I can get through it. 8lbs... ! I can't even imagine being that strong. Wow!

It depends on your definition of "fun" but it certainly does up the challenge. It works for all but the last blast which is kickbox. But you can hold 2 3lb wts for that (no punching, all kicking) to up that one as well.
