Thank you, I have actually been doing it that way, but after reading about how important it is to let your muscles recuperate after weight days, I became concerned.
I did do a high intensity aerobic workout on Wednesday, but was fine to do MuscleMax today and really wanted to do LowMax tomorrow.
I love MuscleMax, it has become my favorite workout. Even tho I'm still stumbling a bit in LowMax, I am learning it and still can't believe that a)it isn't as hard to do as it looked; and b)even just learning I am sweating and huffing and puffing.
