Low Max after Muscle Max?

Can you do LowMax on the day after you MuscleMax, or should you do something lighter next day, like Yoga or easy aerobics?
 
Hi, I think you can do MM in the next day. LM is a cardio workout without high impact and MM is a weight workout. After MM you need to rest your muscles two days after the next weight workout because the muscles need time to recover. I like to do a cardio workout and a weight workout in the next day. Hope this helps

Stayfit is right. That's my routine on weekdays--one day I'll lift, the next day I'll do cardio. In fact there are even some days when I'll do cardio & the morning & lift at night. Not my preference, but if I miss a workout I have to squeeze two into one day.
 
Thank you, I have actually been doing it that way, but after reading about how important it is to let your muscles recuperate after weight days, I became concerned.
I did do a high intensity aerobic workout on Wednesday, but was fine to do MuscleMax today and really wanted to do LowMax tomorrow.
I love MuscleMax, it has become my favorite workout. Even tho I'm still stumbling a bit in LowMax, I am learning it and still can't believe that a)it isn't as hard to do as it looked; and b)even just learning I am sweating and huffing and puffing.
