I would like these workouts: a Low Max 2 step workout--just as long as the first one. Also, an hour long step along the lines of Rhythmic Step, Step Works, Step Blast, etc.--& an hour long strength workout that hits every muscle. I'd also like a lower body cardio plyo floor workout that mixes cardio & lower body toning--also, an hour in length--& with abs!
