Low Impact Circuit

I finally had a chance to take Low Impact Circuit out of the wrapper last night. I didn't have a whole lot of time so I just did the Cardio Blast Timesaver premix (48 min). I have to say - what a blast!!!! That is the best, most fun, Cathe step routine I've done yet!!! (Mind you, I'm still relatively new so I haven't tried a lot yet) This will definitely be a keeper in my rotation. Can't wait to try to rest of the premixes and then put it all together!!! The best part is, for a first time attempt at it, it was not hard to follow / catch onto at all.

For any newbies like me - this is definitely one to add to the collection!!! :D
 
ITA!! I love LIC-especially the 48 min. cardio premix! In fact, I just did this workout this morning. :cool: It is one of my favorite step routines of ALL time! Very fun and I love the music!

I noticed your ticker...congratulations on your weight loss!! Way to go!! :D
 
Thanks, Lisa. August was rough for me, but at my WW meeting on Saturday I was finally down again!! So close to that 20lb mark I can taste it!!!! So, I've lost this much since June 6th, and would like to hit my 140lb goal weight by the end of October!!!! Unfortunately I have a week long holiday in there but I vowed to myself I'd stay relatively on track (I'm only human afterall!)

Can't wait to try the rest of LIC. I definitely like the step routine better than the step routine in Low Max. I keep hearing a lot about Imax2 - do you have that one?
 
Imax2 is one of my favorites! The music is awesome and the routines are downright fun! There are 10 segments. Each seg. has a step routine (easy to learn and fun to do), then you do a "blast" to really get your heartrate up.
