Just wanted to say I had a great workout this morning!!! I did the cardio premix from Low Impact circuit (48.5 min) and before the stretch added the blast premix (9.5 min) and then stretched. I am 5'1" 105 pounds and burned 401 calories in less that an hour!!!!

I highly recommend giving it a try!

I have been reading everyones posts and I have to say thank you...you motivate and teach. Thanks everybody.

I've actually never done the cardio only premix...gotta give that one a shot! Thanks!

I did the cardio premix about two weeks ago and LOVED it!mmmmmm....maybe I should check out the blast premix too...Thanks for sharing! :)
 
I just did that premix this morning and it is one of my favorites. I could do it every day!

I have a form question for the core leg side repeaters. I cannot tell how Cathe and the gang are bending their legs on the core part. I know the goal is to drive the knee in the core region, but are they turning their knee out so that it is a 90 degree angle with the other leg or are they driving the knee up to the opposite side of their body. I have watched the title (and done the cardio premix which was FUN) but scratch my head on that part. Any advise on form would be appreciated. Thanks.:)
