I got this dvd last week and today I was scheduled to do Cardio & Weights. I wasn't enthused about that (even though I like C&W), so told myself LIC is the same type of workout and do that instead.
LIC is a great workout! I had actually traded it away and re-purchased it later. I am so glad I did because it has such great premixes and is so versatile

Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.
LIC is probably one of my all-time faves. I have to do lower impact things and this fits the bill quite nicely. Plus, it keeps your heartrate up and works your whole body. Gosh, Cathe really does kick arse doesn't she?:7
