I'm trying to decide what to preorder. Can you tell us if the step choreography in Low Impact Circuit is going to be complex or more simple choreography (such as Cardio & Weights and Step, Jump & Pump)?

Hi Lisa! Unfortunately I can't answer that just yet. It is best not to preorder if you are not sure. Once the workouts are filmed you will have exact workout descriptions to help you with your decision. Sorry I can't be of more help.
