low impact cardio

Cathlete
Since I never will be able to do high impact again(which I love)
I need some suggestions for some good low impact cardio tapes.
I have been walking and stationary biking, but neither challenge me. Years of high impact have wrecked my knees. Now I need
surgery, just cant afford the six weeks of no weightbearing.I need some workout to help with the stress in my life. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

And I'll 3rd Charlene Prickett! I was really, really skeptical about my first Charlene purchase (cause you know you're getting a winner with Cathe, but anyone else is a roll of the dice!), but since then I've been back to get several more.
The ones I can personally reccommend are:
-Low Impact, High Intensity (60min. hi-lo)
-Start Your Engines (60min. hi-lo)
-Oxygen In, Calories Out (2-30min. hi-lo workouts)
-Get The Fat Off (1-30min. hi-lo and 1-30min. step workout)
-A Major Step (60min. step workout)
Charlene believes in using "big muscle movements" rather than impact moves to get the intensity level high. I am constantly amazed at how high my heart rate can get, and how heavy my breathing can get from her low impact workouts. Very knee friendly! :)

p.s. And for you lovers of high impact, Charlene has a high impact video called "Rev It Up-The Sequel" and although it's dated, it is one tough workout! I still cannot get through it without modifications, and it floors me that this woman was in her mid-late 40's when she did this video and I cannot keep up with her! I would compare it to MIC hi-lo, except it would be "baby MIC." For 1hr this woman jumps, leaps and hops NON STOP! I run in place for a breather! But beware, the bright leotards are blinding, and how she talks during that workout is beyond my comprehension, I can barely swallow let alone talk!

I wanted to add my thanks too! You guys provide lots of great info.

I've been looking for some low impact for 'recovery' days but wanted something challenging. I actually had to break out Walk Away The Pounds last week because my legs weren't moving after doing BodyMax for the first time.. well at least I got in a little extra sleep while working out at 5AM (zzzzz) :)
