I really don't think I will be able to do much high impact anymore since my cervical fusion. My Ortho said I need to be careful with impact movements. Cathe, your low impact workouts have been a savior for me. I always get a great workout. I know you are creating a weight series, but maybe you could throw in a weight workout with low impact cardio/bodyweight intervals. Your low impact is always a sweatfest.
I don't do much high impact cardio these days and since I got a fitness tracker, I've noticed that my heart rate gets the highest and I spend the longest time in 'Maximum Effort' during lower body workouts with my heaviest weights, often using a step for elevation. I have a couple of the old Low Impact series on DVD and love those.
