Lita, I just ordered the new series. I was going to get another workout as well, but decided that the new series is enough for now.

Melinda - I ordered it too :). Looks much better than that last series. There was only one in the last series I thought looked okay but not okay enough to pay full price for it ;). I just hope I like the new series as much as I do LI and XT :D.

I'm sorry I didn't get here earlier to say that the last DVDs Cathe made were not named as a series. I have them all though and I like them. I'm happy that we have all ordered the new series (Rhea, did you? I seem to remember you did...) so we can discuss 'em when we get 'em. :D

Good luck with trying the new job Melinda! That's great you can decide whether it's for you or not. And I am just like you and everyone here! I want to know everything NOW! And I was in that boat 2 years ago when I started the job I have now. I couldn't wait for time to pass so I would know stuff. :D Please try not to be hard on yourself, you are going to do an excellent job because that is what you always do. :)

Thank you for the encouragement on stair climbing! Did my first practice set last week and hurt for the rest of the week! :eek: One of the things I really like about it is that it is low impact. I get a great cardio workout that works my legs thoroughly with no jumping.

And I've noticed a difference when I do tabata and high intensity cardio too and I need it as I get more mature. :cool: I also like that it can be done in a short amount of time!

Lita, I must have thought you were doing 4DS recently. But my thought of recently could be months ago!! :rolleyes:

Tracy - Great to "see" you :cool:! All the better my memory is, I could've been doing 4DS and not remembered :p! I did do it last week - mind you, I just do the weight parts, not the cardio - but I just don't feel I get a good muscle workout :confused:. I just do it when I need something quick. Since I have several appts this week (the yearly stuff, ya know :rolleyes: ) I'm doing:
SS
LIC cardio premix
LIC TB sculpt premix
Hiit - 40/20 then pyramid
PP

Looks like a nice easy couple weeks, doesn't it :D?
