I'm sorry I didn't get here earlier to say that the last DVDs Cathe made were not named as a series. I have them all though and I like them. I'm happy that we have all ordered the new series (Rhea, did you? I seem to remember you did...) so we can discuss 'em when we get 'em.
Good luck with trying the new job Melinda! That's great you can decide whether it's for you or not. And I am just like you and everyone here! I want to know everything NOW! And I was in that boat 2 years ago when I started the job I have now. I couldn't wait for time to pass so I would know stuff.

Thank you for the encouragement on stair climbing! Did my first practice set last week and hurt for the rest of the week!

One of the things I really like about it is that it is low impact. I get a great cardio workout that works my legs thoroughly with no jumping.
And I've noticed a difference when I do tabata and high intensity cardio too and I need it as I get more mature.

I also like that it can be done in a short amount of time!
Lita, I must have thought you were doing 4DS recently. But my thought of recently could be months ago!!
