Hi babes! Thanks for all of your support! I got my Beach Body challenge stuff today, and there's quite a bit to it so I'm glad I have a little time to review things and plan stuff before I start March 2nd. I don't think I have to change a lot of what I eat now, but cut down on portion sizes. And no vino! A friend who is doing it has lost 7 lbs in 8 days but I am not expecting that for me. She's only 40! But I have needed some motivation to so something and I'm excited that I found it!
Rhea, I am not a morning person when it comes to workouts. I need my beauty sleep too and since I have a hard time getting to sleep these days, I don't push myself to get up earlier. I really like working out on my lunch hour. It takes me away from work, and I can give my attention to BB when I get home instead of trying to fit a workout in. Good luck with your BFFM challenge!!
Lita, what are you doing these days workout-wise? How is your hip doing? Will you be able to do weighted workouts with it soon? Do you ever have to change up your eating? I've always thought that you do really well in that Dept.
