Low Carb Diets

Balanced meals. Carbs. Protein and some healthy fat... keeps meals balanced. I try not to eat carbs alone as my energy goes high and then very low. Eating for life or some other plan that keeps things in balance is a good way to start...x
 
I personally find it way too difficult to do low carb diets every single day; its just not feasible or realistic for us who are so active to eat such low carbs. I rather prefer to do 5 dys. of low carb & then for the other 2 days do high carbs. This cycling has worked well for me. HTH, Kathy:D
