Loving the Intensity Series

Hi Cathe. I just wanted to let you know how much I am enjoying the Intensity Series. I just received it from my husband for my birthday last week (35!) and it is fantastic! I did Muscle Endurance last night and I am sore today and loving it. There is nothing like getting to the point where I just don't think I can go on and then I hear you say "four more to go!" and I push through it and feel like I've conquered the world!

Imax 2 is on board tonight. The real thing, no taped version from FitTV with the commercials included. Whew! I am tired already!

Hi Melissa! I just got the series Monday!! I was doing them taped from Fit tv too! What a difference. I just did Viper and am BEAT!!! I thought it would never end!!! I love Muscle Endurance too!!!
