I'm really loving Mesocycle 2!! I like that each body part is its own section instead of working it more superset-style like in Meso 1. I've been able to pair them as-is or in whatever combination I want to, which gives it more variety for me. This past week I did chest and shoulders one day, then another day did back and cardio, biceps and cardio another day, and paired triceps with legs another day. Next week....who knows!
