Loving Core Max

Maximus

Cathlete
I've designated one night a week to a core workout, & I've been alternating some kind of pilates w/Core Max. I really love the second section of Core Max. Those long lever exchanges are awesome, & there are some really unique oblique exercises. So I've been doing two sections of CM at a time & I am really enjoying it.

Can't wait til bikini weather! :)

Oh my that is so funny.. I was posting at the exact same time to see if anyone liked core max!! Then when I just looked you had posted this! That helps me so thanks! I will give it a try today! Glad you are seeing some results!

I am going to have to give this one another chance -all those crunches in the first section was to many I lost interest.I do remember liking the second one better.I might have to do that on my stretch day 20 min is a little to long for a regular ab workout for me.

I also love Core Max. I recently switched my rotation to inlcude TLP Core Foundations, which probably the toughest core workout I own. Well, Cathe's Core Max totally prepared me for it! Certain moves were REALLY hard for me; they are still NOT easy, but I do them with more ease and can even try some of the more advanced options.

Thanks Cathe!

Ahhh, two times through. That's what I should try. I've GOT to use CM more! I do love CM, though. What I really like is the option to choose if I want to use a stability ball, medicine ball or none at all. After some weight w/o's there is no way I can manage pikes.

I love CM as well. I have all 3 segments Tivo'd. I don't think anything is cut out this time? Not sure, but I have definitely seen improvement in my core!:) I'm actually starting to get some indentations going on there! Not a six pack, but more definition. Love it! You're right just in time for that bathing suit. Now if I could get my thighs to cooperate, I really will be so happy!!!:) I've been adding in L&G a lot more. Hopefully, that will do the trick.

I know what you mean about those pikes after doing weights that's why I did CM #1 today. i attempted just the chest w/o of GS - C&T. Man 72 push ups! My arms were shaking and I definitely had to take a lot of breaks!

I love the tough core premix. It's kinda choppy though, and I had to do a lot of pausing and some rewinding. It's the shortest one also, which is great because time's always limited. The other premixes, balanced core and complete core, are great as well. I actually like the premixes better than the original segments.

I love Core Max! My favorite section is #3 -- I really feel it the next day, which is unusual. I like the Superman warm-ups and the pacing. I much prefer it to Ab Hits. I've yet to try the premixes, but I think I'll do one next time (especially if they're shorter).

I like everything but those cork screws in the first segment...can't do it so I just sub w/ regular crunches and the lever move in the second segment where you exchange the swiss ball from legs to hands that makes my hip bone click so I have to sub that one too but everything else is awesome! I just need to try to get that in 3X's a week. So many workouts so little time.
