LOVED Pyramid LB & UB - need suggestions

I'm new to Cathe. I've purchased ME, SM, PUB, PLB, GSCT, GSBBS, GSL, KM, MM, and CM. I absolutely love PUB & PLB and would like to purchase workouts similar in style. My goal is to build muscle - especially in the butt/hamstrings. What other workouts would you suggest? Also, if you have any rotation suggestions, I would appreciate it. (I'm limiting my cardio because I really don't want to lose weight, but, I do want to firm up the lower body.) Thank you.

You can find rotations on the Rotations board... there is a sticky with every kind of rotation you can imagine, and there is also a document floating around called "Lunacat's Compedium" which indicates which workouts you can sub for the same effect if you don't have them all.

I am also doing a strength rotation; I am using primarily the Pyramids and the Slow & Heavy series (which is awesome and is targeted for strength training). I have heard the Pure Strength series is also good - I haven't tried that yet.

Good luck!

I don't have any advice for you...but I wanted to let you know that PUB/PLB are two of my favorite workouts. After I'm done with the HC's I know I will be reaching for the Pyramids again and incorporating them into a rotation.

I can't think of another workout similar to the Pyramids, as pyramids is a very particular style of weight training. But I'd suggest PS-Legs and S&H-Legs, where you go as heavy as you can. Great when you're trying to build muscle.

Legs and Glutes is a great lower body workout. There's so much variety to the exercises, you don't get bored and the time flies! I'd suggest that and if you want another upper body workout, get CTX Upper Body. It's the only other Cathe, besides PUB, that works the entire upper body in one workout.

Sorry, I just found it. I was looking in the Cross Train Express series and not the Intensity.
