I just got to say that Cathe, DVD's and Premixes are the best thing that ever happened to fitness! I love being able to tailor my workout when the mood strikes me. Today I did:
C&W Timesaver Cardio (skipping cool down)
IMAX2 premix 1-5 (skipping wu)
ME Lower Body Split (skipping wu)
Since I don't have a programmable DVD player these premixes offer so much flexibility!
