Since I got my Cathe tapes, I've done them almost exclusively. The other day I pulled out my tried & true Gilad Step tape -- I just really like that guy! The workout's not as intense & a little on the repetitive side, especially since doing Cathe. I found myself modifying some of his routine by inserting Cathe steps for more intensity & interest.
