Last night I used my new weighted vest for GS Legs and it was everything I hoped it would be! I took out all the little bean bags so it only weighed 12 pounds and I had 32.5 pounds on my barbell (instead of the 43 I was lifting before). It was MUCH easier to go from set to set without tiring myself out from upper body fatigue trying to lift that heavy barbell AND I was able to use a slightly heavier weight!!! I LOVED IT!!!
I plan on incorporating the vest into some push-up training and walking with it as well! What a great in-VEST-ment!!!!
